01Who we are

02Development status of the Platform

MAZRA is under active development. Features presented on this website as "In development" or "Future" are descriptions of intended capability, not of a service available today. They may change materially or may not be released at all.

Nothing on this website is an offer, commitment or guarantee that a particular capability will exist, perform in a particular way, or be available in a particular market or timeframe.

03Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account. If you use the Platform on behalf of a farm, company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the address above if you believe your account has been compromised.

04Agricultural consultation services

Where consultation services are available, the flow is: you submit a request describing the problem, with photographs and farm details; MAZRA matches the request to an agricultural professional; that professional may attend your farm, carry out an inspection and issue a consultation report.

Agricultural professionals engaged through MAZRA are independent practitioners, not our employees, unless we state otherwise in writing. We take reasonable care in selecting and matching them, but we do not practise agronomy, veterinary medicine or any regulated profession ourselves, and we do not warrant the outcome of any consultation.

MAZRA manages the service request, the customer relationship and the payment flow, and pays the assigned professional under our commercial arrangement with them.

Professional qualifications, registrations and permits are subject to {{VERIFICATION PROCESS}}. Where a service requires a licence or regulatory approval in the UAE, that service is offered only to the extent we and the professional hold it.

05AI-generated guidance is decision support, not advice

Analyses, recommendations and explanations produced by MAZRA are generated from the data available to us and from general agricultural knowledge. They are decision support. They are not professional agronomic, veterinary, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for inspection by a qualified professional.

Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Agricultural conditions vary by site, season and practice in ways a model cannot fully observe. You remain responsible for decisions taken on your farm, and you should verify anything material with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Do not rely on the Platform in an emergency, for disease notification obligations, or where a decision could cause significant loss, environmental harm, or harm to people or animals.

06Your content and farm data

You keep ownership of the farm data, photographs, observations and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing the services you have requested.

Where we would use your content beyond that — for example to build structured agricultural knowledge that informs recommendations for other users — we will do so only on the basis described in the Privacy Policy, and only where you have given consent or the content has been effectively de-identified.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain personal data about others that you are not entitled to share.

07Fees and payment

Access to the public website is free. Fees for consultations and other paid services, together with taxes, cancellation terms and refund conditions, are as set out at the point of purchase and in {{FEE SCHEDULE}}.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams and exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.

08Acceptable use

Do not use the Platform to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to upload malicious code, to scrape or bulk-extract data, to reverse engineer the service, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to submit content about another person’s farm without their permission.

We may suspend or remove content and restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

09Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, text, the MAZRA name and the MAZRA marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose, and nothing more.

10Third parties

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services — mapping, weather, laboratories, payment processors, suppliers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

11Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of crop or livestock, loss of revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to {{LIABILITY CAP}}.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Platform, or content you submit that infringes the rights of a third party.

13Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will do so.

14Changes

We may update the Platform and these terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice through the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of {{EMIRATE}}. The courts of {{EMIRATE}} have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any alternative dispute resolution mechanism we agree with you in writing.
